In the recent survey of i12= WRK, job seekers shared their responses to the questions asked and their un= derstanding of the hiring process.

Most of the job seekers acknowledge that having experience (59.30%) give= s a competitive advantage to get a job, more than attitude (21.11%), qualif= ications (10.55%), and networking (9.05%). 

Having a good= work atmosphere (56.78%) is a primary consideration, followed by a good sa= lary (38.69%), and a good job location (4.52%).

(55.78%) of job= seekers believe that recruiters look at less than 20 applicants to acquire= for a position whereas (31.66%) believe that recruiters look at 20 - 50 ap= plications to fill in the positions. Only (12.56%) of job seekers view that= recruiters look at more than 50 applications.
